Maxwell Conklin has been elbow-deep in pools since he was eighteen. Eight years ago he started Max Pools Austin on a simple idea: keep the client list small on purpose, so every backyard gets real, personal attention instead of getting lost in some big operation’s call queue.
New clients start with weekly maintenance, not a big renovation pitch. That is on purpose. Showing up on time and doing the small stuff right, week after week, is how trust gets built here, and it is exactly why homeowners eventually invite Max back for the bigger projects.
This is still a boutique, mom-and-pop outfit. We treat every customer like they are our own, with a small crew that treats your pool like it is the only one on the route, because most days, it might as well be.
